Was here in Omaha on business and was told I just "had to" try Runza. To be honest I was pleasantly surprised.. The food was good, huge servings, the service was super fast and the employees were very nice, especially when answering my questions since i had never been here.

My good friend and I came to Omaha with our sons to play in "The Omaha Slump buster baseball tournament". We were staying across the street from Runza. Never been there and being from California had never heard of this place. What a great surprise! To start, when we came into the restaurant, I asked where could I find a battery charger for my cell phone? The owner gave me directions where I could go. After ordering our lunch, one of the employees said,"The owner went home because he had an extra charger he wanted to bring back to his restaurant for me?" I was blown away. He pulled up after we had finished lunch and gave me his charger. What a great guy! He then asked if I tried the Runza, which I said no, but the hamburgers were way better than In and Out where we are from and they need to move westward to California. The next day for lunch we tried the Runza. Awesome!!!! I would recommend his restaurant to everybody. Great food,service and extremely clean! Can't wait to come here next year!!! See you soon. Thx

Aaaah Runza. Whether your looking for crispy crinklecut fries, a cabbage and ground beef fart maker or a twist cone you are in lick. I enjoy all those activities since i am a specimen of the male variety. Dont worry ladies, its a fine high class joint for dates as well. (all statement subject to opinion... the wifes in my case) The wifi is 1.26Mbps upload and download. LLAP

You know what word I don't hear anymore? Jagoff. I'm gonna bring it back. I haven't heard it since I was a kid and my dad would call one of the neighbors "that idiot jagoff." I have had a Friday that was a Jagoff Apocalypse. It started in the hotel lobby with some jagoff on his phone with his roller bag blocking half the breakfast area because he has to talk to some other jagoff that he works with. I had to hit the road so decided to throw my bags in the car and hit the McD's drive-thru. As I start to pull up some crazy jagoff woman in a maroon Trail Blazer almost crashes into me in her haste to get in front of me in the drive-thru lane. Honey, I'm sure they will not run out of Egg McMuffins. I hope yours was dropped on the floor. Then I had a lull in the jagoff storm and had a couple of nice meetings, a nice phone conversation with a friend (NOT pulling a jagoff move like holding up a line or driving really slow in the fast lane so I can concentrate on my call). Then I checked into my hotel for the weekend and oh my God. It is a Jagoff convention. Jagoff parents and their screaming, running jagoff kids. There is not enough booze in the fridge for this. So I put in some ear plugs and took a nap. Then I woke up hungry and decided to get out of Jagoffpalooza and go get some Runza. I love Runza. I grew up eating at Runza and love everything on their menu and was thinking about their wonderful smothered chicken sandwich with mushrooms and onions and melty cheese in all its deliciousness. And I wanted some frings. So I drive the 30 seconds to this Runza and of course, get in the drive-thru line behind some jagoff who is ordering 4 combo meals and a bunch of other shit. At this point I've surrendered to the jagoff effect and am just sitting there waiting patiently, trying not to get an attack of narcolepsy. The jagoff clan finally gets half the store loaded into their minivan and drives off. I pull up to the window and the dude taking payments takes my card and then I can see that a young woman who is working says something to him, he looks at me, then proceeds to throw a bit of a fit. He hands me my card and brusquely tells me to pull around front to wait for my delicious sandwich. I'm like, "God damn, you got the jagoffs who ordered half your store out of here, but you didn't even start my chicken sandwich"??? Well.... So I go around front and dig around for some Jimmy Buffet tunes because I am in serious need of an escape at this point. Loud ass jagoffs everywhere. A delayed chicken sandwich. I'm going to the beach with Jimmy. Well, that very same nice young woman comes out a few minutes later and brings me my food and apologizes for the delay. I asked her what happened and she said the dude in the drive-thru who took my card, accidentally gave my food to the jagoffs in the minivan who ordered half the store. That dude working the drive-thru is starting to look suspiciously like a jagoff because why in the world didn't he just tell me he made a mistake? I just learned an awful lot about you, Sparky. Anyway, the nice young woman, who I think is named Austina (that's what the receipt says) told me she voided my credit card charge. Well, how about that. I wasn't expecting that. I was expecting to fall asleep annoyed, but she was so nice that she actually made it ok and turned my day around. Austina is definitely not a jagoff. And my sandwich was delicious.

Nathan made our first ever Runza experience very good. He was cordial, polite, and friendly. We were new to Runza and he took the time to give us a descriptive breakdown . We wanted to make sure he was recognized for his outstanding service.

I've been to this runs before lunch. I have also been there for dinner. I also frequent the drive thru on occasion. The staff is always very friendly and I feel welcome and never need to wait very long. The food is of high quality for fast food and is always hot and ready to go. The reason I frequent this place is because it's very close to my home. I would recommend this to family and friends.
